If you're local to the Columbia Maryland area, I offer in-person coaching. We start the process with a Movement & Joint Assessment (FRA), from there we begin movement education for the pursuit of better body control. The more body control someone has they better they can perform and learn new skills. In-person training takes a very individualized real time approach to Increasing movement potential. 


In-person Training Options:

Stand-alone FRA and Homework - We book 2 hours to do a complete Functional Range Assessment that includes a full joint and movement assessment. Homework and correctives are based off of the FRA results and is delivered via google excel sheet with instructional exercise videos.

One on One Training - I tailor the training sessions to the individual’s needs and work with a wide variety of students from elite professional athletes, Elderly population and everyone in between. Everyone comes with a different body and set of circumstances but as long as they are coachable, we can improve performance and quality of life. We have several different packages from single session rates to weekly scheduling.


Local Kinstretch Class - We use the power of group dynamics and the precision of individualized joint training to provide you with an immersive body control experience. We have drop in rate and membership options.

If you're not local or have an interest in distance coaching, I offer an Individualized Online Coaching Program.


Online Coaching Options:

Personalized Mobility Programming - Every training program is constructed after receiving and reviewing the application and movement assessment. I want to be able to help you reach your full potential in all areas. My Online Coaching is an intimate and well thought out process, it starts with building a solid foundation of movement vocabulary and establishing a proper learning path. We do this with continual "form checks" and video updates. It’s not just about doing the right things, it’s about doing things right.

Private Skype Training - This is an extension of my in person training. The skype sessions are 60 minutes and are based around the individual’s needs. They start off with an assessment and develop into a learning process and include assigned homework. I have several different packages from single session rates to weekly scheduling. 

Online Kinstretch(Mobility) Membership

- This is a user friendly online course for beginner, intermediate and advance levels a like. A body practice that teaches you how to build more body control, mitigate injury risk and expand your flexibility while building strength at the same time.
