Josh has been a lifelong martial arts and combative sports athlete. His athletic pursuits have included tai jitsu, Brazilian jiu jitsu, muay thai, and wrestling.

 

Josh looks at health as a complex and dynamic system. This system is comprised of different interdependent parts including lifestyle, nutrition, sleep, physical training, mindset, and recovery. Proper management of these parts facilitates one to achieve their full human potential.
